LEAK DETECTION
WE FIND HIDDEN WATER LEAKS
Locate the problem before it becomes a bigger one.
Find It Services uses specialist acoustic and correlation equipment to locate concealed and underground water leaks across residential, commercial and large-scale properties.
FINDING LEAKS THAT AREN'T EASY TO FIND.
A hidden water leak isn’t always obvious. Water can escape from underground or concealed pipework without appearing at the surface, leaving you with unexplained water usage, reduced pressure or an increasing water bill without knowing where the problem is.
Find It Services provides specialist leak detection and water loss investigation for residential, commercial and large-scale properties. We take a systematic approach to narrowing down the source of the water loss before using specialist detection equipment to locate the leak as accurately as possible.
Depending on the property and the problem, our investigation can include water meter monitoring, isolation testing, pressure testing, acoustic leak detection and correlation technology.
THE AIM IS SIMPLE.
Find the source of the problem before unnecessary excavation begins.
✓ Unexplained increase in water bills
✓ Water meter continuing to run
✓ Reduced or inconsistent water pressure
✓ Damp areas or unexplained pooling
✓ Sound of running water when fixtures are off
✓ Suspected leak with no visible source
